The client
Sinderman Tech is an Australian studio that builds websites, business systems and automations for small businesses. HMA is its own product: a business management app, released on Google Play in August 2026 with a free 14-day trial.

Today’s focus
The dashboard lists the day’s scheduled jobs, reminders, quotes awaiting approval and overdue invoices, with a 7-day weather forecast for planning.
Jobs & calendar
Jobs move from quoted to scheduled to completed, and a month calendar shows every booking with the day’s revenue.
Quotes & invoices
Create quotes and invoices, send them, and see each one’s status at a glance — including Scope of Work on quotes.
Document preview
Branded quote and invoice documents can be previewed and zoomed before they go to the client.
Profit tracker
Income, expenses and profit for any period, with a performance chart and a breakdown of where the money goes.
Expenses & receipts
Business expenses are tracked in the app, with receipts and files uploaded alongside them.
