Overview
Running therapy across several branches means patients, packages, dues, salaries and expenses in many places. The system brings them together, with head office in control and branches free to work.
Speech Therapy Lab runs speech and therapy services across several branches in Bangladesh, offering daily, monthly, installment and online service packages.
Design & development — the whole system — admin and branch workspaces, from structure and visual design to build and launch.

Branch cards with patients, staff, revenue and manager, plus a combined dashboard for the whole organisation.
Patient IDs per branch, guardians, therapy type and status — Active Care, In Progress or Action Needed — with filters and export.
A step-by-step flow from choosing a service to payment and receipt, for daily, monthly, installment and online packages.

Branches raise expenses, salary payments, refunds and new packages; head office reviews them, and money items are approved or rejected there.
Every login, create, update, delete, approve, refund and void recorded with actor, target, branch and reason.
